Welcome

Hi my name is Karl Baumann I am a Bendigo architect and am director of Karl Baumann Architecture. Although based in Bendigo, I am happy to do work anywhere in regional Victoria with particular interest in doing work in some of the smaller regional towns and villages like Castlemaine, Kyneton, Macedon, Hepburn Springs, Daylesford, Maldon and Clunes where particular design sensitivity is required in terms of context.

My company is registered with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria

I have experience in hospitality, education, interior architecture, retail fit outs as well as access for the disabled. Sustainability and passive design is a core focus with all projects.

I strive to provide solutions which go above and beyond the basics expected of an architect like a good layout, passive design and aesthetics. I look for solutions which delight and have that extra dimension or twist. As a Bendigo architect I am excited about the future of regional and Bendigo’s architecture and am very eager to contribute to make our environment even better than what it currently is.

All my projects are designed in three dimensions using the latest 3D modelling software (Revit) which provides clear and accurate presentation of all designs.

Large or small, I will contribute 100% innovation and professionalism with friendly customer service
